Wei Sang graduated with LL.B (Hons) from the University of Aberystwyth, Wales of United Kingdom and was admitted to practise in Malaysia in 2015. Wei Sang started his practice in 2015 as a solicitor with a renowned boutique law firm that focuses on high-end corporate commercial, capital markets and corporate finance work in Malaysia. Prior to setting up his own firm, he was attached to a prominent multinational development group based in East Malaysia wherein he spearheads the entire group's legal affairs. His experience encompasses various aspects of corporate/commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, business acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, foreign direct investments, private equity investments as well as litigation matters in connection to construction, land law and general debt recovery.
