Madam Lim Keng Hwee is currently an Executive Director of IFS Advisory Services Sdn Bhd ("IFS"), a firm providing tax compliance, advisory and consultancy services, including accounting, payroll and other outsourcing services.
She started her career with Kassim Chan & Co (presently known as Deloitte Malaysia) in 1988 and gained 5 years of audit experience before she switched her career to lecturing in Systematic Business Training Centre (presently known as SEGi College Kuala Lumpur) in year 1993.
She returned to corporate services in year 2000 when she joined PFA Corporate Services Sdn Bhd ("PFA") as an Assistant Manager. She was involved in the provision of accounting and payroll services and became a Director of PFA in year 2005 overseeing the Accounting and Payroll Outsourced Operations Unit. She then moved to Symphony House Berhad Group ("Symphony Group") by joining Symphony Incorporations Sdn Bhd in 2006 to head the Accounting and Payroll Departments. In 2007, she undertook the position as a Director of Symphony Share Registrars Sdn Bhd ("SSR"), and was in-charge of client management, operations, compliance, information system, human resource and administration, before helming SSR as its Chief Executive Officer in 2009. Then, she had a one-year stint with Symphony HRS Sdn Bhd, the international payroll outsourcing arm under Symphony Group, as its Head of Compliance in 2011 overseeing the Compliance Department before setting up her own practice, IFS in 2012.
