Noor Zaliza Yati Binti Yahya is a Chartered Accountant with more than 22 years of strong work experience with established organisations in various industries. She began her career in 2000 at Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants as a Senior Associate and has since held various roles in finance, corporate services, treasury and audit with a variety of companies involved in oil & gas, financial audit and marine services.
In 2010, she joined Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd, initially as Cost Accountant, moving on in 2012 to become Head, Assets & Cost Allocation Management, Financial Reporting, Upstream Malaysia Finance with responsibility for overall Assets Reporting and Assets Management.
From 2016 to 2017, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Sapura Kencana GE Oil & Gas Services Sdn Bhd, with responsibility for overall finance functions including statutory and management reporting, internal controls, treasury and corporate taxation.
Since 2020, she has served as Independent Non-Executive Director of Flexidynamic Holdings Berhad, a company listed on ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, where she is chairperson of the Audit & Risk Management Committee, and a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
She is currently engaged as a Financial Consultant, specialising in financial planning and unit trust fund investments for Public Mutual Berhad and life insurance and takaful services for Prudential Assurance (Malaysia) Berhad. She also provides training, consultation, and advisory services within the areas of accounting, investment and taxation.
