Gan Meng Hoi ("Gan MH") began his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young PLT where he obtained experience in audit, financial statement preparation, data analytics, tax and budgeting. He was also the pioneer in the application of data analytics in revenue and receivables program. Gan MH is currently a fellow member of ACCA and constantly stays up to date with financial knowledge.
Gan MH joined MH Delight Sdn Bhd in year 2017 to 2019 managing a group of businesses overseeing production, logistics and marketing. He has successfully improved the operational efficiency of the group of companies, leading also the implementation of GST and transition to SST.
In 2019, Gan MH took on the role of ERP project manager in Kawan Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd where he has successfully implemented Oracle ERP to Kawan group of companies. He was promoted to Business Process Improvement Manager in year 2020 focusing on data analytics to improve sales operations.
Gan MH was on January 2023 promoted to National Sales Head, responsible to transform the Domestic Sales team and execute business strategies to accelerate sales growth. Managing a team of 55 sales staff, his emphasis is on coaching, analytics, and adoption of new technologies to improve sales performance.

Gan Meng Hoi is the son of Gan Thiam Hock (who retires from the Board of Kawan Food Berhad on 1 October 2024), who is a substantial shareholder of the Company.
