He has more than 40 years of experience in the aviation industry, both in corporate and commercial flying as well as training of cadets. In 1970 he began his career with the RMAF. After reaching the post of a Squadron Commander, he left to join the private sector as a professional pilot. He joined Asia Pacific Flight Training Academy in late 2005.
