Madam Michelle Yong Voon Sze is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), a member of ASEAN CPA as well as a Licensed audited by the Ministry of Finance.
She also registered with the Audit Oversight Board of Malaysia to audit public interest entities and the Labuan Financial Services Authority to audit companies incorporated in Labuan, Malaysian.
She has been in the accountancy profession for more than 20 years, of which 5 years she was attached to PricewaterhouseCoopers and BakerTilly. She is experienced in the audit of companies representing a major cross-section of the various industries and sectors. Besides assurance engagements, she was also involved in Initial Public Offerings exercises, Due Diligence reviews and Securities Commission - appointed investigative audits.
