I thought SC’s approval or disapproval would be before 31 August. If so egm can be about 3 weeks after that

Usually new shares are not entitled to the first dividend because money from Rights has not yet earned any profit.L&G wants to pay the dividend on OR shares just to make make the Rights more attractive.Alternatively they could have fixed the subscription at 19 sen instead of 21 sen.It is a bait similar to a fisherman's bait.Anyway I am accepting all my rights shares

U can't say mother share too expensive just because it is higher than OR +21sen.There is always a little difference between these two.People who buy OR at 2sen and subcribe at 21 sen hope to make a profit.

The Filipino company paid rm3.50 per share to buy into it from Exxon .My average cost is RM4..60 for my 10,000 shares.So I did not accept their general offer of RM 3.50

AmResearch doesn't seem to do justice to the company's fair value.Their price target is prejudicially too low.

Pull back to 1.35 is just technical correction and profit taking.Although I have sold almost all my holding of nearly 40000units I would advise others to hold on to yours for a while until some smart guys realize the underlying intrinsic value

EPF buying and selling is confusing.
