Cold eye didn't make a mistake.This incident is totally out of expectation which would happen in any of the stocks.
However,who still holding this stock,just run 1st.I strongly believe it will go back to 10c since cold eye bought at that price.
Also,SKH has announced that :The delay is expected to reduce the Group’s (i.e. the Company and its subsidiaries) revenue and profits for the financial years ending 31 March 2018 and 2019.
It simply means the profit will be reduced dramatically for this 2 years ( assuming there's no other good contract coming in ) .

Cold Eye has probably sold many of his share today .This project contribute most of the profit to the company.Hence the delay of this project will definitely lower the revenue gain of the company .The EPS might even go to negative.
