i agree Stockhunter85 say china businessman are very aggressive but the problem is borrow more money only for upgrade? When Mr Wong say this borrowing for other related business plan maybe more easy acceptance.

1. Dont understand why HY go borrow more money to upgrade since bank deposit estimate RM1b.
2. so far no more planing or business need to invest. y borrow??? Bank borrowing % low ? increase cash flow ??? Answer no make sense.
3. Borrow money means sure no dividend. I think no company borrow money to pay dividend.
4. Maybe capex or upgrade more than 430m ???

KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 29): Hengyuan Refining Co Bhd rose as much as RM1.24 or 7% to RM19.20 on expectation of the crude oil refiner's growing profit margin as demand for crude oil products improve.

At 11:26am, Hengyuan shares were traded at RM19.12 to become Bursa Malaysia's top gainer. Hengyuan saw some four million shares transacted.

"Looking at the technical chart, this is overdone," TA Securities Holdings Bhd technical analyst Stephen Soo told theedgemarkets.com.

According to Rakuten Trade Sdn Bhd vice president of research Vincent Lau, the movement in Hengyuan's share price is likely due to the widening crack spread, which will help improve refiners' profit margin.

"For the refiners, as oil demand grow and with the widening crack spread, which is an indicator of refiners' margin, investors are still positive on the outlook for refiners," Lau said.

1. What is Hengyuan? Before the rapid share rise - less than 10% in Malaysia I guarantee would not even heard of the name. It has a 10 year supply contract with Shell.

.When you know the Nike, Nestle (Milo, Nescafe), Starbucks, Google, Facebook you cant big win in share market due they full value.

Tbh, Q3 result are going to be very good, but there is one risk, which is unplanned shut down and maintenance. If there is any of it during Q3, EPS will dive below rm1?

Ans : No shutdown in Q3 and Q4 2017. Confirmed by management of Hengyuan in official replied email.
