JAKS这支股票，以前我看到他下跌后有微弹，而且成交量底部放大。
我对那些手中持有股票的人的建议，是如果能涨就好，不能涨，若跌破1.00就卖出(没记错是这个价)
后来上星期五，有人说他从其他社群得到的资料，认为这股票有人吃货，因为net profit显著大涨。
我帮他看了一下，最后给的建议是快快卖。
因为虽然net profit增加，但cash flow净流出是net profit的五、六倍。
结果果然惨不忍睹。

#沙布拉能源向股东伸手借40亿令吉
#附加股吓坏投资者股价崩跌

沙布拉能源（SAPNRG 5218）今日向股东摊手板讨钱，发附加股筹集40亿令吉，引发雪崩式股价崩盘，股价由全日最高的RM0.605直扑最低RM0.37，之後虽回弹至44仙，然而乌云盖顶，投资者骂声四起。

沙布拉能源截至三点十五分时大跌15.5仙至44仙，跌26%，共有2亿2547万股成交，投资者争相卖出，卖压非常沉重。

该公司在中午休市後宣布，该公司计划以每股30仙价格，发出99亿9000万股新股，同时附送9亿9869万股免费凭单。

发股比例是每3股配售5股附加股，每10股附加股获送1股免费凭单。

与此同时，该公司也建议发售24亿股回教式可转换凭单，每张凭单41仙，持有5股沙布拉能源配以2股回教式可转换凭单。

换句话说，持有3000股沙布拉能源的股东，将获配5000股附加股，那得掏出RM1500现金，以获得500股免费凭单。

股东要掏出大量现金认购附加股，若放弃附加股则面对股权大幅释稀困境，引起投资者抛出手上沙布拉能源。

沙布拉能源解释这项配股行动，是要大幅减低沙布拉能源的负债比例，在减债之後，该公司可以竞标更多工程。

尽管该公司也表明正探讨分拆旗下采油业务上市的可能性，然而投资者已被＂要钱行动＂吓得惊慌逃命。

沙布拉能源首席执行员兼主席丹斯里沙里尔山苏汀也发表文告说，沙布拉能源处在快速成长中，为争得更多机会，发附加股将可以稳固集团财务，因此可竞标更多国际工程。

沙布拉能源的附加股惊魂，造成股价血流成河，更形成骨牌效应，油气股项都因此遭到抛售而大跌。
