Also, TG still has d US CBP issues not solved n if d ban on export to US prolong, TG will lose a vy huge market which has higher ASP. Discussing TG n Supermax incoming Bonus Issue.

Actually, what is real value of bonus even at 1:1 or 1:2 since the share price adjusted will b d same?

The other important point is that the company should considered d aspects of quality not quantity. More bonus shares being issued will create more supply of issued shares in circulation in d open market. When supply is more than demand d pricing will be unfavorable.

Moreover, when EPS get lower due to enlarge shares created, d PE ratio needs to b high to sustain a higher traded price.

Normally, a PE ratio of around (40 to 70)% is vy appropriate. Currently, TG PE ratio is 112.36X n Supermax PE ratio is 54.55X.

lets say d ex-bonus price is basing on Wednesday last traded price:

i.e. TG bi @ 2:1 = 27.14 divide by 3 = 9.04 per share

i.e. Supermax bi @ 1:1 = 20.94 divide by 2 = 10.47 per share

Therefor, Supermax price will b higher than TG price after BI!

Also, TG issued shares will b 3 times of d current existing shares whereas Supermax issued shares will b only 2 times of d current existing shares.

Also, EPS for TG will definitely b vy much lower than Supermax.

Basing on d above calculations, i would preferred Supermax bi of 1:1 for future growth n price uptrend.

My personal opinion on PE for rubber glove company especially the big rubber glove company is around PE 40 to PE 70 during this Covid-19 period.

EPS x PE= Price

75.00 x 40= RM30.00
75.00 x 50= RM37.50
75.00 x 60= RM45.00
75.00 x 70= RM52.50

Based on the PE recently where the Top 4 glove companies namely Topglove, Supermax, Hartalega and Kossan hv achieved P/E 100 and more, it's safe to give a P/E 40 to 70.

Therefor, the price shall be at least RM30.00 to RM RM52.50
