The Board of Directors of Luster wishes to announce that Luster Hijauan Home Sdn Bhd (“Luster Hijauan Home”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Luster Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd, which in turn a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 2 November 2017 entered into a Joint Venture Agreement ("JVA") with Enrich Realty Sdn Bhd to develop the land held under GM 1290, Lot 257, Mukim Hulu Langat, Batu 10, Jalan Hulu Langat, Daerah Hulu Langat, Negeri Selangor, measuring approximately 3.6725 hectares (the “Land”) into commercial or residential or mixed commercial and residential estate on the said Land upon the terms and conditions as stipulated in the JVA.

The coming qtr earning release will be positive. It will be benefited from strengthening of RM recently in hedge contract, and operating wise. Tp in near term is 0.60

As long as the price is below RM3.80, it is still consider undervalued. Worth to accumulate

Next qtr earning will be good and share price should grow to 0.80

Agreed, as the CEO mentioned, the box build has higher margin, about 20%. No wonder some big shark is quietly accumulating the share and never said he got this stock in other thread.

don't hope much for properties counter until year end. Usually good profit will come into book near year end.
for those who has holding power, can accumulate and hole till year end and you will earn better than bank FD rate.
