Project Hai Duong BOT power plant in the economy is invested by China Energy Construction Group (CEEC) and Jaks Malaysia Group, built according to the BOT model with a franchise time of 25 years. The project consists of 2 organizations 2 x 600 MW with a power time of 6750 hours, power generators about 8.1 billion KWh/year. When the project enters the operation will contribute to reducing the electricity overload in Hai Duong province.

but is not make sense that razali convert warrant for funding company or acquire more jaks share.

secondly, if razali is eager to acquire more share, he should buy more warrant or mother share now & convert his warrant later after jaks start paying dividend.
