10月7日越南时间18时8分，越南海阳2×600MW燃煤电厂工程煤码头11kV变配电所受电一次成功。
煤码头11kV变配电所下设8个卸船机、2个干式变压器、2个带式输送机用电设备及2个备用负载。作为厂内上煤计划的先决条件，煤码头11kV开关室的带电运行，为后续卸船机调试运行、输煤皮带试转、煤场堆煤等各项工作提供了动力保证，同时为一号、二号机组锅炉房上煤计划节点的按时完成提供了时间保障。
