just double check between petrnm, petgas and HY, all drop and below sma 50, possible heading to sma 200. When the news released of increase supply of refinery from China , everybody were drop. Not only the so call price overdone from ib, then over supply of refinery from China, continue feed with market neg news. this how the price were react on the news since the qr is still not yet release. qr could be good, but people are more worry on the future earning prospect.
