有一位股友问KRONO这支股怎么看，刚好它也在我的观察名单中，就发表一些浅见。
公司于15/12/14上市，新股售价RM0.29，Krono是在大马上市的新加坡公司，是提供區域企業數據管理（EDM）公司，主要帮助企业管理数据， 避免遗失数据的风险。这包括为企业保证和业务连续性提供数据备份（B ackup）、储存（Storage） 、修復（Recovery） 和回復（Restoration）服务。
该公司的客户包括新加坡的Satrhub、大马的大眾银行、泰国的PTT Exploration以及Production 公共公司、菲律宾的长程电讯公司及印尼的Pertamina企业。公司半年营业额=28.92m，去年半年营业额=20.85，税后盈利=3.07m或=每股盈利1.30分，去年亏2.02m，Krono净现金达16.54m或=每股7仙，相信今年全年税后盈利达6m或=每股盈利2.5分，市场都会给创业板的p/e比较高，以12倍p/e来算，合理价=RM0.30，还有一个对公司有利好的收购建议，那是：Krono建议，从Quantum Storage印度有限公司（QSIL）手上，收购Quantum Storage印度私人有限公司（QSI）其余80%的股份。

Krono亚洲出价2600万令吉收购股份，当中有1520万令吉是现金，余款则以发行5564万股的新股来支付。

QSI是一家投资控股公司，同时也为企业提供基础设施技术服务，比如数据保护和软硬体解决方案。

Krono亚洲已和QSIL签署买卖协议。Krono亚洲将把购得的股票，转移至独资子公司Quantum Storage南亚私人有限公司（QSSA）。

扩展企业数据管理

截至今日，QSSA手上拥有QSI缴足资本的20%，卖卖协议结束后，QSI将成为QSSA的独资子公司。

Krono亚洲指出：“我们发现印度的企业数据管理（EDM）领域有成长的空间，而这项收购正好为公司在印度的EDM领域扩展铺路。如无意外，收购将在第四季度完成。”收购完成后，明年QSI的盈利全部属于Krono了，目前半年QSI的20%股权盈利=0.382m，x2全年盈利=0.760m，收购完成后，如果盈利还能保持的话，100%股权，每年QSI的盈利可贡献3.8m，不包括QSI的盈利，原本的税后盈利还能保持5.4m，再加上QSI全年3.8m盈利，那明年大概可有9m的税后盈利，或=每股盈利3.07分，（用293.000股票数额来算，因为以发行5564万新股来支付），以12倍p/e来算，明年的合理价RM0.37。
