@md1961: it's a bank product. has nothing to do with the said company. The bank is just using the share price of the said company as a tool to drive the price of this product. In short, they are controlling the demand and supply. if they are losing money, they will reduce the number of stocks for the warrant, or selling at a premium price. TL;DR: it's obviously a guarantee win for the bank and sure-lose for the buyer. don't touch such thing with big odd against us.

@bsngpg: but why do you take the new number of shares to calculate past year eps? I dont think you should normalize the eps value as this should reflect the calculation to the period, unless some accountants here prove me wrong. else if this is the case, my eps will always increase if I keep diluting my share each year.

@eht6769 mah sing is only a 3b company. what 5b land acquisition and 50b project you are talking about? and also depending on the size of your company. 160m for 2y for a 0.27b company mean alot than a 3b company.
