I personally prefer MK Land more than L&G due to its value in land and dividends. L&G not much lands in hand now.

I guess they will keep. Buy back shares and distribute it again... I thinking if IGB give out special dividend, then Goldis shareholders also will get special dividend. Hope that IGB will list its properties again to REITS. When IGB does that, Goldis will up as well because Goldis holds 30.6% of IGB.

I have confident in Instaco business model after reading the article from newspaper. The PE is around 8, but no dividend being paid because the company just making money recently. Anyway, haven't taken any action yet.

I think now is not the best time to enter because the price has gone up. If enter around RM1.20 should be better as the earning of the company can up and down very much. I believe the company has 30% dividend policy. If the company only earn 20 sen per year means the dividend around 6.5sen, the dividend yield will go down. But if the company earning can earning, then this is a stock that we cannot let go.

I bought it on the day after the financial result, up 10% after the result. I have no many other shares in hands, better keep this for higher TP, maybe RM1.44, assuming 8XPE year based of annualised quarterly result of around RM0.18 profit.

I sold at RM1.25 then bought back at RM1.23. Yesterday sold at RM1.23 then bought back RM1.21. Enough for my meal. I also want to keep this stock until RM1.44.

Collected last Thursday at RM1.11 and RM1.10.

If u buy for the land value, MK Land is a good buy. If buy for management and earning, maybe can wait and see first. Depend on what type of investor are you.

js00897, I guess what Kong Hui means 1.7sen X 4 quarter equal to 6.8sen (in a year). Dividend yield is Rm0.068 divided by RM1.12 X 100% = 6.07%.
I guess this return is comparable to others REITS.
