Bahvest and Southsea gold ?

Criminal Breach of Trust for non disclosure information regard trespassing on Southsea's Gold land which both are related to the same Director.

After New BOD take over i think Bahvest going to be better! If there is criminal charges on both southSea Gold and Bahvest I think that Letter of Demand will be Null.

I did not look at this stock very closely but i can see there is someone in the forum don't want small fries to buy. I don't see why not buy some to keep at this prices. FL might have some plan with few stock he invested in. Gold refinery is just a big machine imported from china. Their job is to crush the stone from what they dig and use water to separate the gold from dirt nothing complicated. Unless DL own all the water source around that area else there is nothing to fear.
I go check their website https://bahvest.com.my/gold-mine/ it say they estimate around 207000 oz of gold that site.
that is like USD414m at USD2000/oz. and that estimate base on 200m dept.

LFM might have CBT case which use the position for his own gain. Guys if FL is really taking over then i think all shareholder is quite safe. what ever LFM try to sabotage the operation of Bahvest at least we have FL management to settle it. The worst case will be both side also abandon bahvest. The best case is SC come in and charge LFM and the gang with irregularity and allow new management immediately reinstated.

After the current BOD sell all the share they should resign immediately. LFM try to kill Bahvest and might get himself destroyed.

LFM will most likely endure long litigation from Bahvest to recover all the losses. After the change of management most likely a full audit on the operation to recover all the gold that hide by LFM.

Already 100% confirm Freddy Lim will take over the management. Hopefully Bahvest will prosper with luck from FL
