wanna ask the expert here, since dividend is given, 11 is the Ex-dividend, 15 is the last date of lodgement and payable is on 30 Sep? If i sell on 16 of sep, can i still get the dividend?

Further to Tanjung Offshore Berhad ("Company")’s announcement on 18 June 2014 in relation to the Joint Venture Agreement (“JVA”) signed between the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Tanjung Offshore Services Sdn. Bhd. (“TOS”) and Fircroft Engineering Service Limited (“FESL”) for the purpose of incorporating a joint venture company (“JV Co”) to jointly undertake the manpower supply business for the oil and gas industry and petrochemicals industry exclusively in Malaysian territory, the Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the JV Co under the name of “Fircroft Tanjung Sdn. Bhd.” (“FTSB”) has been incorporated on 1 August 2014.





The authorised share capital of FTSB is RM1,000,000.00 of which 500,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each have been issued and fully paid up in the manner as stated in the JVA, which is 51% owned by TOS and 49% owned by FESL.





The first directors of FTSB are Dato’ Harzani Bin Azmi, Muhammad Sabri Bin Ab Ghani, Javed Bin Abdullah @ Jude Allen, Johnathan James Johnson and Dhirendra s/o Shantilal.





None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the above-mentioned incorporation.



The incorporation is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
