Do you seriously think many investors will like it after they bought the shares and pushed the price higher, it would only benefit the employees who get to buy at discounted price? Tmrw gap down for sure

before you sell ask yourself one simple question , is ekovest a great company worth holding for long term

I still have 50k shares of ekovest bought at low price waiting to collecting 25 dividend before I say bye bye

the reason is simple
currently ekovest is overvalued based on normal calculation , prospect is there but money still far away
Gadang is undervalued , prospect is there and can smell the money
ask yourself , do you want to pay 20.00 to buy public bank?
why???

if you want to make big money , very often and almost has become a rule must dumb dumb hold but occasionally still can deng deng dong dong for fun while waiting for big harvest

it is safe but slow
not many sifu can make money here
including KYY also can not tahan its slow motion style

just ask sifu bluefun how much he had made from gadang for this 27 months,
at least 120% capital gain excluding dividend and free warrants

jv with land owner is better than new contract from construction . save a lot from financial cost that will turn into better profit margin . moreover Gadang also benefited from the construction of these properties, why should we worry so much about its depleting construction order book, even without new contracts, Gadang still able to do well, those properties construction works already enough to keep the company busy for the coming few years. so new contract is just a bonus to Gadang
