Why maintain and operating such non core assets instead of selling and lease them back? Let other professional companies to manage them. But whether can make profit, that remain to be seen as there seem to be some poor decision made so far especially on the private plane purchase which gave no business justification and being covered up as well as the US manufacturing facility which is 4x the cost in Malaysia.
