for those newbie investors, just FYI, fund manager will not invest in a counter that trigger PN17 or in deep debt. Because any transaction by them will be questioned by auditors....and IB is not in a position like yours, a gambler. They got their own risk appetite and SOP when they do transaction. Otherwise, fund manager will lose their job. Just be realistic, AA counter only left retailers.

Can not compare with .com days. Back then, .com’s were selling ideas and burning capital. Our glove counters are selling real needy products with actual profit. Bad comparison....in my humble opinion.

Very depending on your own portfolio n your profit appetite.....if 5% - 10% is good enough for you, then the price now can enter. Because shark usually goreng it up before "ex date", so that the correction price next day will not drop too low. But still Penta not suitable for hit n run like penny stock game.

bonus = 50% extra from your current holding amount. I personally prefer counter that give bonus than dividend because it will keep multiply over the years like snowball effect (for long term).

Sorry some correction, gowns = RM150/pc and it is 2million pc 1 time off sales, not monthly. Only the glove is monthly. What people dont see is, it wont be enough. Look at indonesia covid 19 ranking.

2millions gowns x RM10 per piece x 30 days x 12 months = 240m
500k boxes of glove x RM 30 per box x 30days x 12 months = 180m

Total contract worth 420M

Estimate
Profit margin 5% = 21m per year
Profit margin 10% = 42m per year
Profit margin 15% = 63m per year
Profit margin 20% = 84m per year

Based on their FY 2019 they are making losses around 22M. Even with profit margin 5% this contract should help them back to profit making next year.

Hit n run style not advisable. This is mid to long term investment. With 5G around, semi conductor company will benefited from it. Check the news 2 days ago, more details there for Tech industry. BEsides, can get bonus on 5th aug. Most of investors holding it until bonus...myself included. Hahaha.
