I also reckon properties prices will correct, this has happened to commodities, stocks and bonds, but not significant on Malaysia properties yet. However my concern is the correction on properties prices will causes jitter to many industries in Malaysia.

PE too high for property company with current local and global sentiment...sales are dropping YOY for UEMS and SPsetia. Oversupply of properties in Iskandar will affect buyers appetite psychologically if not directly. Collect at lower price.

I just need some info from the expert traders here is it a compulsory for bursa to make announcement like this should there be any delay in submitting the audited report? Can we make inquiries to bursa if yes? Or that was just because perwaja is in PN17 company so firmer action needed?

I am still waiting for bursa announcement for clearer idea. I checked back last year october, perwaja and kinsteel also got this delay in audit issues but bursa announce suspension of stock 3 days before deadline(eventually they managed to submit on last day and bursa cancelled the suspension). now for masteel case, only one day left but bursa no notice, really confusing.

The worst is over. This quarter is the weakest according to the CEO statement in Jan and will be a baseline for the whole year result. Sell it and I am happy to collect more.

i also have this feeling as well, could this event be intended by the company? Ever wonder with such huge volume transacted over the past few days, i really doubt any ikan bilis like us dare to catch the falling knife(I assume yes but definitely not big portion). Could it be insiders are the ones buying at waiting queue? Then realease the result before deadline or after deadline without any issues. And the price goes back to 0.90...

As I mentioned earlier last month, this year and early next year still not a good time for UEMS, come to this share towards the end of the year. Don't get tied down for too long. Mid to long term investor can accumulate slowly below 1.25... 1.0 is possible when high rise overly built this year and next. Towards the end of the year picture will be clearer.

Take the share, no rugi, u earn about 10% over the dividend. Company fundamental is strong and good dividend yield yearly. MBSB currently has limited products to offer and yet they can achieve this result, imagine if there is m&a or become full fledged bank, more products to be offered to wider customer base. When become bank, current PE will increase to piers level, you can calculate the share price by then with current EPS.

The CEO has stressed many times in press previously and today agm that corporate exercise is important in order for MBSB to move faster to another level in the challenging financial sector. My verdict is most likely end of this year as the company strive to improve company fundamental to be in a better position if M&A does happen.

MRCB might be the beneficial partner in developing Bandar Malaysia. Integration of both Mrt station n HSR station based on their experience in all the integrated rail development. If they are working on penand sentral, kwasa sentral, kl sentral, pj sentral and Bandar Malaysia sentral, that would be great. Not to forget stable income generation from Johor EDL and Quill capital.
