Mbsb has to improves their turnaround time for loan approval especially for mortgages.. By doing this then can compete with other banks.. Approval level must be at branch level.. Send the staff for training for credit etc..

Dear skyu, after the FSA (financial services act) kicked off early july, this act has overcome the BAFIA which controlled by BNM for all financial institutions in Malaysia. Therefore, once the FSA in, mbsb and all cooperative is tight up with this act and compulsary to follow BNM guidelines. For personal loan, mbsb has to go through CTOS and CCRIS to evaluate the customer, and fyi most all governmnt servant has a bad credit record. Previously, mbsb didnt look at outside commiment, as long still have extra blance in payslip not exceed 80% pay they will approve the loan. And now is very tough for mbsb. From 10 cases submitted only 1 approved. And the 1 approved may less than 20k loan. Next week will have their board meeting, and lets see whats new product to cater the market. If they open their personal loan to the mass market/private sector they really have to deal with non performing loan and high jobless rate which is not good or them.

Hard to reach back to 3.. Maybe sometimes in dec..

They are employees not an investor.. As long as they see profits they sell.. Why need to wait.. The esos are given by the company to reward the employeess.. Its free and as company gave at 1.17 and and 2.33 at that time.. Employees can only sell at sept and nov.. Sept is for 1.17 and nov 2.33..

Business really impacted by new BNM loans guidelines.. 70% of biz comes from personal loan 25 years.. Now reduce to 10 yrs.. PL disburse for august only 50M compared to before normally 1bil more every month.. And still no new products to cover the shortfall.. People still buy this shares and hopes for better price.. Next month is the esos month for employees.. Sure price will drop after the employess started to sell all their shares.. Recently annouced 600mil profits but no dividend.. See how they perform by last quater of 2013.. Whther can maintain or not..
