Think of those pakcik makcik in the kampungs bercucuk tanam and "kais pagi makan pagi" ones who opened a CDS account, borrowed money from the banks to buy FGV IPO at 4.55. I seriously wonder how are they gonna service the monthly repayments on the loan?

It's the companies with a lot of minority shareholdings that is making money, shareholders of FGV is taking a loss. Probably FGV holds more shit than reported by AG report. What does that tell you?

Looks like no dividend for this quarter... same like last year. Need to wait for Mar next year. If only they could increase the dividend yield for CIMB to be close to MBB then I believe the share price would be much higher

ks5S: I think this share was traded around RM2.3x around 3 years ago. And with the high NTA and fundamentals, probably some investors will not be happy with 1.9x

Wah, if they wanna privatise KPS, anything below 80%NTA or RM2.20 would be not fair and not reasonable to the minority shareholders. But offering RM2.20 is like 70+% premium to current price, so I think this path is also hard to materialise...
