宏洋控股董事经理拿督廖成海日前在股东大会后表示，尽管经济状况依然充满挑战，惟相信该公司在2017财政年表现将比前期好。

廖成海希望该公司在2017财政年，能够达到营业额增长10%的目标。

宏洋控股在2016财政年净利由845万8000令吉增长102.39%，至1711万8000令吉；营业额增长78.95%，至3亿2308万3000令吉。

廖成海说，该公司目前尚有可供出售的土地逾330英亩，售价约4亿5500万令吉。

“我们目前尚在与几个单位在洽商中，他们都是有意愿购买不同规模的土地。”

该公司在2016财政年，约65.3%的营业额贡献来自于出售马六甲土地。

宏洋控股目前分别持有丹绒比艾海事工业园区（TPMIP）和边佳兰海事工业园区（PMIP）的特许经营权，并可推动该公司未来10至15年的增长。

廖成海说，该公司已向大马CeTeau采购预制垂直排水管（PVD），目前预计将购买4架，惟将视进度而调整。

他说，每架PVD价格约1000万令吉，首架在抵达后，预计12月即可以投入安装工程。所购买的4架PVD都是用于丹绒比艾填海工程。

廖成海透露，该公司会与大马CeTeau私人有限公司合组联营公司——宏洋CeTeau亚洲私人有限公司，主要是因为想要达到撙节成本的效果，且能够多元化业务至不同领域。
