As been shared however the re-rating for Elmina and STP 2 has not been done. If roughly with STP2 estimated RNAV at rm6 and the last calculation is RM 4 from the discount based on 33%. With Elmina it will be higher than RM6. I think tomorrow will see a boom and shaker.

2) Main Island - Heritage, Shopping, Beaches, Hills & Greenery,
3) STP2 - Lifestyle living

We have seen no 3 in Hong Kong however if done well in Penang, all the 3 will be nicely segregated within the radius of Penang

Some of you asked me on the unlocking of value of GOB I particular and general for the mainland which I wrote before the opening of the PSB and ask me how far it can go. I have also posted on the theme parks, shooping galore coming up and in nego. At this point with ikea and PSB alone I recommend you to peg it at 1.25 as the real value and support. Anything more will be for the warrant and rightss to be executed before the drop.

If read properly whether reach 75% or not the FIc has not intention to take private. If 75% achieved, they will apply exemption, so either way it's no go and will be kept public listed. If so they must show catalyst moving forward.

Any good take on Encorp? I think most investors are only concern of the stalemate where the intent of privatization is half hearted and the the whole saga will drag the stagnant price for a longer time.

Bravo, honestly, I don't think the price has factored in the dividend. If you look thru historical of the price, the movement of mother started in Mid April. That movement I believe was due to the anticipation of the May result having a gap up at that point. Since then price went up and peaked at 60.5 however this was all before the May 28 financial which came along with the proposed 2cents dividend. I m sure not many expected the dividend proposal prior to result. In short worst is down to pre gap up ie 51cents in Apr however my feel tells me End Jul or early Aug may have rally for the next financial together with the confirmation of dividend.
If not I will sell after the dividend
