The share price has been declining the past few days because Uncle KYY has stopped buying more shares aggressively to prop up the share price. That's why you see the share price declining the past few days.

The reasons being :-

1) He has maxed out his margin accounts.

2) He don't want to risk triggering a mandatory general offer. Are husband and wife considered as one or separate entity? I don't know.

With the declining shares value, he needs cash to top up his margin account to prevent a forced sale situation. Hence the sale of Canone shares.

I believe he is now in a very dicey position and will be in trouble if the share price keeps going south in coming days.
