No worried guys. Sapura can pay their CEO and directors by offering right and listing of E&P.

Sapura Energy paid its CEO Tan Sri Shahril Shamsuddin RM71.92mil for in FY2018 ended Jan 31.

The RM71.92mil consisted of RM7.24mil in fixed monthly salaries (and other emoluments), RM55mil in bonuses and RM9.34mil under the defined contribution plan and RM348,000 for benefits in kind, according to its annual report.

This total pay package of RM71.92mil is compared to the profits after tax of RM206mil in FY2017 (salary in FY2018 is based on FY2017’s KPI).

In proportional terms, the RM71.92mil is 34.91% of Sapura’s profits after tax of RM206mil.

No wonder why EPF keep offload their shares. Once the CEO being ousted, think EPF will increase back to 10%

Basically Sapura will do revalue on their current asset which reflect to current oil price. Indirect will increase overall NTA + Impairment reversal.

NTA for Sapura will increase after listing of the E&P unit due to revalue (example previous value at 4 bil, after listing 8 bil). Cash from the listing will be used to improve balance sheet as well, yet still own 51% of the E&P listed share/asset..

A bit of disappointed today. KLSE was down badly 1.58% but Sapura not even drop 0.5 cents. Never saw this before. I hope can collect more at 55 cents...

Based on the current daily drop rate, next week we can collect at 55 cents and next next week at 50 cents and next next next week at below 45 cents. Wait for it...

AGM is on 18 July. Everytime before the AGM, Sapura will pump many many goods news out. My guess they will pump the E&P listing this round to push up the share price to 70-80 cents before the AGM. For those who do not want to miss this boat.....

With current share price, Sapura is not going to do any private placement or issue right unless > rm1.00 as cannot fetch so much cash. Is better for them to offer bond. So the best option still is to list the E&P unit to increase shareholders value..

Nowadays IB like to do assuming rather do proper analysis. You all know why they speculate..

Sapura might not listing the E&P unit but rather go JV with Petron which will become largest fully integrated O&G.

Listed E&P will be subsidiary company. So whenever this newly listed entity thrive will bring value to mother company which is Sapura Energy..
