I'm not expert in topside but based on the information from the EnQuest chat (could be layman like many of us) 2 transformer are enough bring the production up to 100%. 1 transformer able to produce 50%. The other 2 unit transformers are redundancy or spare units. Now the problem is 3 out of 4 already burnt out, only 1 still working.

Why the 2 spare units also gone ? Armada Kraken Maintenance department responsible for this.

With the receivables 4.5b just almost on par to pay off total borrowings of 4.5b in next few years, does it mean there wont be any dividend payout expected in next few years?

The borrowings interest seems quite high
USD Term loan - floating rate 7.85% (3.55% in 2021)
Sukuk 6.35% (fix rate)
And more than 50% of it has to be repaid within 2 years

Repair cost and non-production lost cost are small amount.

The most important is the 95% SLA, once this gone. EnQuest going to pay just 70 to 80 % of daily charter rate.
Lost cost = 30% x USD 500k x remaining working days.
