Armada has recorded 12 consecutive quarterly reports with handsome profits and strong cashflow. This equivalent to 3 years continue profit, including this year with or without this incident still a profit year.

Armada’s past earnings record had been in turmoil for donkey years till two years ago when we began seeing stability. Market is now pricing in possibilities of impairment losses creeping back in especially for financial year end 2023

Hi Mabel:
I read Mouse`s post in 2019. He posted a list of negative facts about Armada. During that time period Armada was on uptrend toward 0.60. The uptrend actually ended because of Covid pandemic. Toward the end of 2019 Armada already in the recovery path.

The uptrend has to restarted from 0.115 after the Covid.

Of course he is. Mabel has engaged with debate with Sifu Mickey Mouse since 2019 and it all started right here in Armada follow by many more counters. You can view our debate in this Forum from 2019 when Armada was trading below 15 sen.

Usually he always win as he is always very resourceful and hard working. If you disagree with him, he will honor you with a nice title. As you can see from the list below, many of us already got nice title from our Sifu Mickey Mouse.

Right now for the 1st time, Mabel is on the same page with Sifu Mickey Mouse in Air Asia. This is great. Thanks to his resourcefulness to fend negative comments on Air Asia, Air Asia has been so steady. As Mabel mentioned earlier, although Mabel has many other collection, now Mabel is watching closely SE, Air Asia and Armada. Potential Mabel's Lobster and Abalone Dinner and Lunch.

Take it easy with Sifu Mickey Mouse. He may look tough, but deep inside he is a nice fighters. He just wang to make sure that you all don't lose money..

If this downtime period impacted the 95% uptime SLA. The penalty is a huge amount. We are talking about 30% * USD 500K * remaining working days in 2023. You calculate how much potential lost.

Bumi Armada has to give investors a heads up on the potential lost.

If TSH hit RM 150.00 per 1 , 000 shares, I going to refinance my properties and all in TSH.

Windfax tax has badly impacted EnQuest share price (Down 25% YTD) but it doesn't impact on Armada revenue because Armada maintain 95% uptime will continue get the full daily charter rate.

This shut in problem will be resolved in no time and new Cameia FPSO is expected to be awarded to Armada. If you missed last week, trmw is last chance you get some Armada shares.

The SLA is 95% uptime. Failing this Armada would get 70% to 80% of full charter rate for entire year. This is the only penalty. 30% of USD 500k per day is a huge amount of penalty.

The windfall tax - 75% of North Sea oil and gas production profits - will continue for the next five years but the government has announced that if prices fall to historically normal levels for six months the tax rate for oil and gas companies will return to 40%.

The global oil price has returned to normal level. It is time to revise the windfall tax. No point drilling more wells to pay for 75% tax, that's crazy.

Hello Mouse, the final acceptance was completed few years back I think after you left Armada.

Armada already enjoying full charter rate for the past 3 years. Including the year 2020 Covid pendamic year. These all reflected in company excellent financial performance in past 3 years.

Kraken FPSO needs to achieve a minimum annual operational uptime of circa 95%, failing which the FPSO charterer does not pay the full bareboat charter contract.

Armada would get 70 to 80 of the charter rate if failing to achieve 95% uptime.

No company will sign for reimbursement of loss. Armada`s Lawyer not so stxpid.
