I agree with kelvin and bigbull. Sometimes riches is not made through intelligence, sometimes rather bcoz of courage and luck. Courage here referring to ppl who have certain degree of tolerance towards risk. Look at some ppl at xinquan today, you can say rouge traders, but they made 100%. You only see those few who are successful due to luck BUT you didnt see the huge numbers of ppl who failed at the back. An example, is Trump smart? The answer is NO. He's got a rich father who gave him money to start biz, he took on risks, later his 1st wife helped him managed his hotel, his 1st wife was smart. You can try your luck, out of 10ppl, 1 may succeed, there will always be someone who will succeed but there are many who would have failed.
Smart ppl, ppl who think too much in the end never make any move and in the end stayed at one place.

Longer funding for a shorter lending tenure. RCECAP issued asset-backed securities amounting to RM1.5bn in 2007 which have been fully redeemed. In June 2016, RCECAP issued its SUKUK Murabahah Asset-Backed Securitization Programme via AL Dzahab Assets Bhd which is a 10-year Sukuk of RM900m in multiple tranches with a semi-annual payment of 5-7% (for Tranche 1). Tranche 1 consist of RM156m with Tranche 2 (RM181m) and is expected to be issued by Oct 2016. Since imposition by BNM in 2013, maximum tenure for personal financing is limited to under 10 years. RCECAP’s loan tenure is around 7-8 years (vs. > 15 years prior to 2013).
