I like AYS because it is trading at a forward PER of around 2 times.
It gives a total of 6.0 sen as dividend for a year.
The dividend yield is around 10%.
The buy cum date for AYS is 28/1/2022.

Not too long ago I asked u why dont U buy Annjoo which has a Div Policy 60% and a potential DY of more than 15% for this year U said Div is not important....

Somemore Annjoo will be fully benefited fm the low iron ore prices while AYS's profit heavily depends on their purchase price of stocks ( they are trading co). Unless they managed to buy n build a huge stock level at low prices

Personally i hope it can drop back to rm0.20+...

Same thing in Dnex...mkt will decide...not my sweet talks...

I can 100% tell u all that fund managers will switch all their capital from D&O , GREATEC , INARI , FRONKTN , MPI, UWC,UNISEM, VITROX to super undervalue dnex , when u see all other drop like a dog but dnex only marginally drop little then u know it is happening since few weeks ago ! Even PE only 18 it can hit rm 6 in 2022 ! Now it is best time to all in dnex !

Thats the reason why all tech co suffers 20%+ loss ytd while Dnex gains 20%+ ytd

Chow Huat say TQ for the big CNY Angpao to all the waterfish here

Then why i see all other oil n gas co red red....early CNY ah

Anyway Unisem went thru several bonus n right issues over the last 20 years+ while MPI nope.

Ya ya MPI is very good cash flow is very beautiful HL Quek is very solid

For recap (hari ini dalam Sejarah), MPI was ard RM70 to RM80 while Unisem was ard RM40 during Y2K party (year 2000).

The rest is history.

I quoted the example of oil n gas b4.

Our oil n gas co used to trade at higher PE (10+ to 20+) for years as compare to its peers in other countries which are usually below PE 10 due to their cyclical nature of biz. So when it went burst few years ago (2017 or 2018) they dropped very much badly than others.

Now our Tech Co are relatively more expensive than others...some r even higher than TSMC...thanks to the ghost (or growth) story sold by IBs...
