Basing on the current price of RM0.03 n the possible opening price of WC at RM0.01 on 11 May, the mkt value of yr shares n WC on 11 May could be 700K @ Rm0.03 + 300K WC (Rm0.01) = RM21K + RM3k= RM24K

A possible whopping paper loss of RM14K or 36%+ from yr investment cost of RM38K

Assuming u bought 2M at RM0.01 (total cost RM20K) b4 shares consolidation of 20 into 1, then u will have 100K shares after Ex Date (or average cost 100K at RM0.20)

Then u subscribe for the rights issues of 6 for 1 at RM0.03 (600K@ Rm0.03= RM18K)

So your total cost will be RM20K+ RM18K= RM38K

In return, u will have 100K + 600K (rights issues)= 700K mother + 300K Free warrant (WC)

Prior to the shares consolidation of 20 into 1, mkt cap is around RM30M+ (3B+ shares @Rm0.01)

After the shares consolidation and the rights issues of 6 for 1 at RM0.03, mkt cap now is RM32M (1.066B shares @Rm0.03)

I purposely posted i bought CapitalA for you. Wanna let you realise, if figures alone could make a successful investor, then all accountants would be millionaires. As you highlighted, business sense. So far in i3, Philip has business sense. Grand Pine Alfred Chen has business sense. Of course Warren Buffett has business sense. That's what differentiate average investor and good investor.

before covid19, harta was around rm5, now only rm2 +, u say reasonable level to enter or not?

Their net cash is only ard RM300m+.....all other big 3 hv more than RM1B+

Besides, TG's current Property/Plant/ Equipment value is ard RM4.5B+

Basing on 10% depreciation their annual depreciation will be ard RM400m+...anyway this will not affect their cash flow (only in PnL)

Maybe one day in near future they may hv to provide impairment loss on this to reflect mkt condition
