1) Jon has been missing from I3 for sometimes...maybe he is now a happy private fund manager for some rich old guys

2) Icon8888 also missing from I3 for sometimes...though he appeared shortly in I3 few weeks ago but quickly deleted his comments (mayb too rich oredi now scare kena kidnap so keeps very low profile)

3) Kcchong also missing from I3 for sometimes...happily playing with goats or sheeps or donkeys in New Zealand now i guess

Mayb the Organizer can get some ideal for the speaker candidates of I3investment Bloggers Day 2024

For those who r still holding, you will suffer hefty losses if u don't subscribe the rights issues.

However, if u subscribe the rights issues, there will likely 2 outcomes:

1) end up Menara Lien Hoe way....u will lose more

2) end up Tanco way, u will laugh to the bank

Anyway Philip did exhibit some excellent biz sense in

1) marrying a rich wife
2) his QL beats my MNRB in our stock pick competition few years ago

I have to be fair n gives credit to him for the above.

Hi kid, be glad that 30% of my portfolio in 2019 was topglove shares which were held and kept over the years. Instead of telling me nonsense of trying to time the market, you should have just asked yourself, why didn't I buy enough of topglove back in 2019 and hold for just 3 years cun cun buy call?

Then again, my portfolio which was started in 2019, is probably fake.

I purposely posted i bought CapitalA for you. Wanna let you realise, if figures alone could make a successful investor, then all accountants would be millionaires. As you highlighted, business sense. So far in i3, Philip has business sense. Grand Pine Alfred Chen has business sense. Of course Warren Buffett has business sense. That's what differentiate average investor and good investor.

before covid19, harta was around rm5, now only rm2 +, u say reasonable level to enter or not?

Before covid19, harta's annual profit was around rm400m+, now 3Q's profit is around rm80M+ (ard 20%+, assuming Q4 dont make losses), so u say RM2+ is reasonable level or not?

Their net cash is only ard RM300m+.....all other big 3 hv more than RM1B+

Besides, TG's current Property/Plant/ Equipment value is ard RM4.5B+

Basing on 10% depreciation their annual depreciation will be ard RM400m+...anyway this will not affect their cash flow (only in PnL)

Maybe one day in near future they may hv to provide impairment loss on this to reflect mkt condition

Fire incident is good news to TG.....lol

BTW, TG has another time bomb....yet to do mark to mkt loss for their 200m treasure shares (cost ard RM7).... a whopping 85% paper loss at the current price of RM0.90+

I'll just wait until your next big loss for you to disappear from i3investor again. Gamblers like you win 200% one day and lose 100% the next.

In stock mkt difficult to tell one, one day u make another day u lose, now u see now u dont

Anyway, thanks for Philip's above kind warnings 3 years ago. Some of my funds r in safe hands now.

In stock mkt difficult to tell one, better learn fm OTB...make money then buy more properties n place money in PBB Bond funds

Only keep some of yr money (say 20% to 30%) in stock mkt.

Even u lose 100% of it u still can always come to I3 to talk coxk

1.) I did that because I came from a very poor family, I experienced "no rice to eat' phenomenon during my childhood.
2.) I made my first million in 1993 when I became a remisier, I lost all my commissions and profits in 1997/8 stock market crash. I was nearly a bankrupt.
3.) I need to take up 3 jobs a day in order to come back to investing again. I became a trainer for T3B in KL and Hong Kong for 3 years on top of a remisier job.
4.) I started to make back all my money lost after I performed very well in 2013/4/5 after I met Mr Koon.
5.) I do not want to be a poor man again in my last part of my life. I bought all my properties using join names with my wife. I told my wife that I cannot sell these properties, I told her to refuse to sign S&P agreement if I lost back all my money in the stock market.
6.) I am quite sure now that I cannot lose in the stock market until bankrupt.

The deal is too good to be true to Jaks. Just so many choosed to believe in fairy tales.

The last round we engaged in "healthy conversation" was in Jaks during 2020.

There were so many sifus then, DK66, OTB, Probability, Icon8888 etc busy for their profit predictions/calculations 24 hours a day 7 days a week then...

Sadly, the ending is very very ugly....and my smelly mouth again made the right prediction.
