tewnama, actually i learn this CA theory and understanding late.. i would have grab it at 17.5 if i know how it works that time.. but well whats not mine is not mine.. and definitely not syok.. totally.. i feel my time is wasted, energy is wasted, cant sleep well.. etc i sold.. i learned lesson that money is just not worth to exhg my emotional imbalance.. i am grateful i gain a Rm1k.. will make some donation too ;)

The question now is, whether or not Dsonic can hit Rm6.72 by January.. and another logic behind is that, Ambank will try to push the price up also because if their mother share price > CA price, the bank will lose money.. i bliff they will keep pushing the price until the mother share is far lower than the CA then they will stop.. This will cause the holders to suffer but Ambank will be the winner.. IF CA price > mother share, bank wins..

zoomboom, i bought at 24.5 90 lots but sold at 35.. and then i buy in at 43 so thats all i have for now.. small time investor.. hehe.. Rm2k only for punting.. i think before Dec 2014, i bliff the price will be very near to Rm6 pre split at least..

Hi guys, i have check and think whole day.. maybe tmr i will add on more for Dsonic-CA.. from my point of view, there is still plenty upside for the Dsonic-CA and also Dsonic..

1) im buying tmr example Rm0.50 for a Dsonic-CA. So 6 x Rm0.50 + Rm3.72 = Rm6.72

2) Rm6.72 is the price which i lock in tmr to buy the Mother share of Dsonic in 2015.

3) So i asked myself, can Dsonic hit Rm6.72 next year? i bliff its possible. So i bliff there is plenty of upsides for Dsonic-CA.

4) So basically, im buying the CA now so i can buy Dsonic at the price of Rm6.72 at 2015.

However please trade at your own risk because i have no background to structured warrants trading.

This is a type of options used to hedge your position by locking in your exercise price today and upon maturity u convert it to buy mother share..If mother share price is more than the (strike price + 6CA).. Then u are paying more than the mother share to acquire a mother share.. If you decided not to exercise it, u will lose the money use to buy the CA

If u decided to exercise it.. u are paying a premium of more than 50%. 50 cents per CA is the premium per CA.. u need 6 CA to convert into 1 unit of mother share.. so 6 x 50cents = rm3 .. on top of that, u need to pay rm3.72 exercise price during conversion.. so total is rm6.72.. more than 50% premium that mother share.. u all decide worth or not.. but not worth doesn't mean CA won't go up because the exercise date is next year... This is European style call warrant.. u cannot exercise before maturity date..

now the CA has reach 17 cents making its price after conversion should be Rm4.74 as the minimum value for the price of mother share.. either mother has to rise or the son has to fall.. but the expensive premium takes into account the one year maturiy period.. as stated in the link i provided, it normally trades in premium because of the time it has for the mother share to rise.. anyone interested in CA? lol

Based on the chart, the MACD is converging and getting nearer liao.. expect next few days to converge.. resistant at Rm3.90 and if break god knows where will it go to..RSI moving towards 70% and volume picking up today vol > yday vol > yday yday vol.. Hope tmr will close with volume higher than today and break Rm3.90 then its a bull once again.. =)

I have been holding since November until now still consolidating but I didn't hold that much anymore.. sumatec will have egm soon and PP announcement may be coming soon.. I sold was because it still sleeping.. like ctea said.. wait in a stock will waste your time.. buy when confirmed news.. The proposed plan in sumatec so far all came true based on the recent report.. so it shows they have credibility but transparency still a bit not good..

NTA > share price and its recent earning also increase substantially.. but why is the share price moving down? P/E is 3.89 currently.. is it that i missed out smth? or maybe smth i cant see? i bought in at 49 cents and moved to 54.5 cents but i did not sell and now went back 49 cents.. i scare i did not notice anything which maybe you guys could see.. but only if u guys free have a look ok ;)

changlk, nope i actually got gain but i tot of holding for good fundamentals until conversion of warrant.. but the deterioration in the Q report makes me no confident so i just sold it.. i profit around 10% but didnt sell.. so well.. its not my luck..

Siva, that i dunno but if it splits, i dont think the warrant will have any benefits because warrants does not enjoy the benefit of mother share.. dividend, right issues all are not applicable to warrant..
