There are 2 possibilities on the non movement of the price.
1) like Vincent mentioned, the price has already been factored in prior to the meeting like how the quarter results are.
2) the big shots are preventing the price from moving due to punters and speculators are trying to gain from the quarter report and also the meeting to finalise the stock split.
