@Asamlaksa, the highly geared is ok because based on the earnings, they can clear out the non-current asset in merely 1~2 years if they wan to.

But one must realize that net asset does not mean anything unless they liquidate or plan to fully utilise it.
But however, the fundamentals of this company is very good. The buy back of shares showed that this company has good earnings and has money to buy back shares to increase shareholders' wealth.

Rajini, there is pro and cons in that..

1) Protect shareholders interest in case some parties wanna manipulate the price.
2) All our minority shareholders depends on the management's mood liao. They wan up and up, down and down.
3) Since small amount of shares are floating around such as 20%, the price movements are easier to control compared to if 50% is floating. Supply vs Demand.

I'm actually interested in the prospects after that.. Since the are billions of shares in this company, will the earnings after exiting pn17 enough to justify that much of shares to be significant??

@yannis i use mbb, but when i bought this share i did not see the chart because i calculate the value using current EPS to obtain the intrinsic value and then when it hit the price i wanted i just go in. i entered at Rm9.35 and it fell further to Rm8.90. But my margin of safety is alot which is around nearly 40% so any fluctuation should be fine.

@Yannis, if you cant see chart, u can calculate the intrinsic value accordingly and see whether u have sufficient 'margin of safety' on it. If you have sufficient 'margin of safety' which fullfills your rate of return then the small changes can be neglected.

Yannis for the average moving all u will see downtrend because of stock split. Parabolic also will be red. Some software I think like chartnexus adjust stock split graph. After adjusting only u can read the chart. If not everything will be haywired.

@yannis, if you are afraid, read up on technical analysis books. It will help u to see when correction will occur. It better to ride the bull late rather than riding a bear.
