Temporary setback, it's a global phenomenon due to pandemic.
Ad hominem may not dent AA as it is done by vindictive and envious people.
I doubt some customers are penny wise, pound foolish to harp over refund.
Faith is immeasurable and taking risk based on past performance and global recognition of AA is what keeping AA afloat, imho.
After all, investment is RISKY, it's in microscopic print.
