MACD is above the zero centre line. Price closed yesterday slightly above the mid Bollinger line with a big white candle. MFI moving down from 80%. Overall there may be some strength in price movement. Fingers crossed.

It has been in an uptrend, breaking 2.99 resistance on hugh volume. More upside likely.

Certainly a good stock for long term. Very good monopolistic earning streams. A beneficiary of GST once it is introduced. Only danger is that someone may break its stranglehold on government business which it is over dependent on. In the past there had been a few feeble attempts (Tricubes), including those of government-linked banks, to take away some of its business.

Syndicates have been driving the price up. It has broken all resistance with high volume. This would suggest more upside. But it all depends on whether the syndicates decide to drive the price up more or to start dumping to take profit. Trade cautiously. I took profit at 1.69 with a 21 sen gain.

Unfortunately there are people who think otherwise and analysts who still talk and write about it. The index gas gone up by about 5 points up to now but there is no excitement at all.

The problem is there are enough people on the sideline all waiting for the index to fall to bridge the gap up after the GE13.

All trading is speculative including those who buy on fundamentals. No one every buys something hoping to lose money. To buy something, even a piece of land, at today's price and hope to sell for a higher price to gain a profit at some future date (no matter how long) is speculative in itself.

This is syndicate play. It started yesterday when the price suddenly dropped to 0.645 and selling and buying were confined to 0.64/0.645. These people are accumulating shares at this price and will soon be driving up prices to make a killing. You find the same pattern with prlexus, myeg, dayang, perdana, muhibah, etc. They are looking forward to a Ramadhan feast as usual. Buy low and cash-in on a Hari Raya bonus!

Good for you. Those who buy on fundamentals don't have to look at any charts. Just do what our great friend kcchongnz does in analysing a company's financial worth: intrinsic value, cashflow, profit, ROE, ROI, PER, DIV. YIELD, etc., and hold on to the stocks for as long as you can until you think it's time to cash out and smell the cash.

TA is just a guide to how people behave in the market. Indicators are just indicators. They do not predict prices. There is no sure-fire trading system. If it were so, every trader and investor would be billionaires. There wouldn't be any poor people.

Charts looking good since MACD buy signal was triggered on Friday. Looks like buying spree has just started.
