The previous CEO and the BODs probably assume they are doing a magnificient job which is why they were rewarded with such payments. In normal employment if you do a good job you get a pay rise. If you are incompetent you will be laid off.

The only blame should be on all the BOD of the different GLCs who hold substantial shares and had previously voted to disburse thaose figures to SAP's BOD. Can't blame the previous CEO for taking that money.

The news update out of SERB is a lot worst than the news update here and they still manage to stabilize their price movement. Over here with not that much bad news it's price has completely crash. Thought this was a better proposition than SERB.

You all know that Petronas has today thrown a life line to SerbaDmk. Maybe Petronas is going to do something for Sapura or PNB is going to do something. Obviously nobody commits themselves to that volume of shares unless they are pretty sure of the direction it is going.
