It was ONLY suppose to be a case management not a full court case. They only need a court registra ( no judge ) with both sides of the litigation to hammer it out to see if they can come to an agreement or need to settle it in court with a judge.

It always looks like a trap especially when a reputable analyst post a hype-up scenario of the future outlook. 9 out of 10 times, it looks like a way for various investors to get out.

The never ending saga of Awantech. How do they manage to get away doing this? Why can't they just get into it and make a decision.
