Exactly what I have posted earlier. What is the point of the extension? For the record FELDA's reported holdings on 14/1 was 79.85%, 20/1 was 79.87%, latest 3/2 was 79.93%. Does that tell us they are trying to increase the PUBLIC SHAREHOLDING SPREAD! They are not even trying.

Something is going to happen within 6 months. It's just a waiting game. It should have been over after 1 year not another 6 months!

FELDA (majority shareholder outright) on latest holding report stands at 79.91%.The 87% includes all the rest of the other major shareholders including EPF, KWAP etc.

There should never even be a consideration for "Malay Unity". it should be more about "Malaysian Unity". We have been brainwash for over 60 Years.

All the shareholders who accepted the takeover offer were cheated. There was no takeover because they fell short of the number of acceptances.Since then "FELDA" has been constantly mopping up shares even above the offer price. All acceptances should be cancelled & refunded! Something very wrong here and needs urgent correction.

Can't understand how Bursa can make an announcement that at 31/12/2021 the public shareholding spread stands at 13.07%. According to the records reported by Bursa on 31/12/2021, FELDA holds 12.415% indirect + 67.366% direct, which leaves a left over of 20.219% that is deemed free public shareholding.

It has got nothing to do with changing the name. It is the KARMA reaction due mainly to dishonesty of one man's action. Getting rid of this person might be better than changing the name or change in direction of the company.

How on earth are they going to comply if the major shareholder keeps accumulating with no regard to the extensions previously given. FELDA are acting as though they can do anything they want, forget about all the rest of the shareholders on even the regulators.

If a takeover is still in FELDA's strategy then the WAP for last couple of weeks is around 1.50.

MACC is nice powerful name but can only blow air. Since the last election I am still waiting for at least one thief to be put into jail. I don't mind waiting for the big sharks but at least put some of these FGV crooks into jail.

Forgone conclusion. They never had any profits for years even before the pandemic. They will NEVER get out of it, don't get conned.

Don't listen to all those research uptrend rubbish. It is only Felda. If they want it up it will be up. there is no uptrend just some short term manipulation for them to turnover some profit for their interest costs.

With the current Board of Directors, Syed Moktar will never get a look in. Felda's settlers need to look seriously at replacing all the Directors if they want FGV to be great again.

Felda in control. FCPO has got nothing to do with the share price! Only thing that will move the share price is an announcement of another takeover bid, preferably with Syed Moktar involved.

Exactly you have to look after your customers. First thing they teach you in sales is the customer is always right. You can't build a business if you keep loosing your customers! Short term gain of using customers money by not refunding is a long term lost of customers who will never return.

Karim should take note of the latest development between Bursa and Sumatec. They are coming for you too. Bumi is not an excuse.

The CEO has got the wrong priorities. Is he going to consider a joint venture with Syed Moktar, or allow another takeover by Felda? No point in looking into 2024, the present Directors will all be replaced if any of the two happen.

Should just fast track it and delist this. Sumatec is going they have finally given up, next Serbadk follow by AAX, AA. Not making any profits for years except losses, why prolong it, just to pay the Directors?

Felda has got a dateline. They can't pretend that it is not there. Sooner or later they are going to have to show their hand, unless Bursa is willing to turn a blind eye on some superior's instruction. Well this is Malaysia anything is possible! That's a fact.
