With the judiciary system stack the way it is, don't think any lawyer have any chance fo seeing any daylight. Just look at MACC. How many have been arrested and force to wear the yellow T-shirts. What happen to them? Only for show, I don't recall anybody in prison for any reasonable sentence.

The whole board of Directors should be sacked if not charged for breach of their fiduciary duties. Maybe there are some smart legal eagles out there who are willing to take this to court on behalf of all the other non- GLC shareholders. Would you like to elaborate further on that statement. I don't recall any significant event that happen in Malakof or MRT that can be attributed to Azhar. Hope FGV have a different opinion of doing business. It should be about value added business, not an asset trading company! If that is what FGV is also thinking then we need a new CEO urgently. We will never make enough capital gain to fund all the benefits & freebies that they are throwing at the settlers every year.

It is more important to have a seating CEO than a Chairman. Without a CEO there is no direction, the company is on standby mode. A company of this size of market capitalization without a CEO for over a quarter is unheard of. It only happens because this is a government link company. It is OK, just keep paying all these Directors their big fat fees and salaries for doing nothing.
