Can someone kindly advise why 3Qtr Results is -ve 0.40 sen but NAPS is RM1.20 from previous qtr of RM1.17. Also do the mgmt explain the loss in 3qtr results

Would appreciate if some one is able to brief us the outcome of today's AGM.

Not worthwhile to hold for long term in a bull market as you can use your funds to play those short term counters and come back later. That's what I have already done after holding it for so long. That's my views and guess everyone shd have their own strategy/ies.... well high risk high return or low risk low return..... what are you looking for. Noted that many counters with good NTA even may not move up....so have to join in the rally but must know when to move in and when to get out only.

Need some catalyst or someone to release "goreng news" to push the shares up.....

My gut feeling tells me that it will reach RM4.00 b4 end of June2017

Penta EPS in 2016 is equal and slightly better than JHM and NTA for Penta is 78 sen whereas JHM's NTA is only 46 sen. But JHM (Ace Mkt) is now at RM4.76 compared with Penta at RM3.50. My gut feeling is that Penta should be able to move higher. Any comments to share ?

Penta AGM is on 1 June, any one has any news whether Mgmt is going to announce share split or bonus......

Guess the next Qtr resuls will be coming out next week n will be the catalyst to push up to its TP of RM1.70

Their Qtr results wil be coming out very soon. Hope it will be cataylst for its next up trend again to TP RM3.50

1st Qtr results coming out this month; hope it is going to be very good.

Most public listed companies always take their minority shareholders (like us retailers) for a ride. Even though the companies can be making losses but their useless directors can still get their perks and fat directors' fees. There is no accountability and responsibilities of these directors; as when things don't seem right, they just resigned and "washed their hands" as no law here can convict them of their negligence and wrongdoings. Who are the losers ...... we retailers... trying to make some misery income via dividends payout and capital appreciation of the shares.

My worst experience and losses in 2016 were EA Tech recommended TA Research and Dsonic by RHB Reseach. These shares kept moving south and both Securities Co. kept issuing out their "BUY" recommendations. Well who to blame .......but our own stupidity

Be very cautious with Dsonic; very deceiving and erratic. Used your own strategy and don't be influenced by others.

In regard to the OR matter, may I know what is deadline of submission of OR entitlement to registrar and when can you be credited with the new rights issue shares

Will Penta be like another JHM? Coming qtr will tell.....

Going to announce 8 sen dividend soon in late April and probably payment in early June. It's a defensive stock and always gives better dividend than putting your money in bank.

TA Research has been very inconsistent in their recommendation since last year on this counter. Last year TA had been recommending a BUY with TP of more than 20%; now they are recommending to SELL. Stupid TA

Dsonic only has one catalyst.....epassport contract. Ask the Mgmt to catch whole of jack Ma balls to introduce epassport in China lah.....imagine how big is the contract....Chinese tourist millions

Lembaga Tabung Haji has been disposing about 20 million shares since 2016. Would appreciate if anyone can throw some light as to why they are reducing when this counter gives good dividend every year.

No promising catalyst to move the shares since beginning of 2016.

Dsonic Mgmt must convince Jack Ma to joint-venture for e-passport chip technology for Chinese passports.... security and tracking purpose. Very big business if Dsonic can get China Govt to introduce e-passport like Malaysia.

Exercise/conversion price is RM7.96 and since the mother is RM9.77, the WA s/b not less than RM1.81(9.77 - 7.96); i.e WA is now at discount of RM0.14 (1.81-1.67)

This counter already gain more than 100% from Jan2017 and now only you talk so great of this company. What your Jerasia which you also impressed ppl in Feb2017 to invest when it was about RM0.70. Many ppl who went in are now holding theirs; you always recommend when the shares already went up more than 70% and then those who went in are caught.

Maturity date of warrants is 18/2/2018and exercise price is RM7.96 on 1:1. However may someone advise me whether we convert the warrants to ordinary shares before their maturity date as it looks like the mother shares moving up fast. Warrants s/b trading at RN1.64 (i.e. RM9.60 - RM7.96)but current at -ve premium.

Understand from many sources that the HHH Corp Management are family members with adverse record; and one of them had sold off his entire holdings. Well, better check up and confirm b4 you invest into it. We don't know their intentions... when market is hot; every counter also has their own fantastic news and catalyst to push up their prices.

Many who had convinced by Bone's previous article and bought into Jerasia in Feb2017 are anxious waiting for Bone's comments.... Ha ha

Agreed with Hunger that it is very bad to simply open your mouth unless you have some relevant and concrete info to shared with others....otherwise better don't cause unnecessary worries for others.

RHB Research has been recommending to buy with TP : RM2.00 since early 2016. MD of Dsonic was even invited by RHB Securities to convince the audience the "BRIGHT" future of Dsonic. But it was con talk and the directors selling madly. Why very recently RHB Research suddenly remove Dsonic from their Top Pick list BUT never have at least sense of responsibility to their clients to explain their reasons of doing so; otherwise their clients will still be holding to this stupid Dsonic

It is time that Tien Wah to give bonus issue or good dividends to their shareholders
