Guess you can't compare this year quarters results with previous year quarters in view of Covid-19 impact. May consider "not too bad" if compared with previous quarter in 2020 considering the slowdown in global economy and oil prices

Strangely Notion counter is still quiet although its Qtr results going to be released today soon; and no one has any idea whether it is going to be Good or Bad.

As todate Notion mgmt has not been able to inform the public of US FDA approval of N95 masks although in Mr Thoo's latest Qtr briefing he said that Notion had submitted their N95 to Spore for lab test in mid Sept. before submitting the test results to US FDA for approval in early Oct. Currently 3M is No.1 world producer of N95 masks, and Notion needs to obtain US FDA approval b4 they can sell these N95 masks to US healthcare bodies.

What I don't understand is : In Feb20 the price of Dayang was about RM2.90 and Naim could have disposed off at least 50% of their holdings to realise their capital gain; and now look at price of Dayang ... less than RM1.00. WHY ????

Bought Novid face masks recently to support Notion...... its quality and workmanship is excellent compare to other face masks ; no wonder its pricing is more expensive than others, esp. from China and our local manufacturers.

although Notion claimed to have obtained FDA approval for 3ply & 4ply face masks and also Halal certification .... but the worrying part is that Notion Mgmt has not released any news to the public of their orders of face masks to middle east and other European and US markets compared to other counters in Bursa.

During the briefing they can query him in regard to whatever doubts or adverse comments here in this forum.

Agreed with VT899..... Notion Mgmt would be stupid enough to sign Sales Agreement especially with European Co. (not China companies) if Notion is unable to supply and they will definitely be sued for compensation of non-compliance. You cannot afford to "play play" with European companies especially like hospitals and healthcare bodies.

Hopefully can touch RM1 before month end.....

The next announcement for Notion to make is : Approval or cert. for N95 masks which Mr Thoo (Notion) said in his 3rd Qtr briefing that their contract is ON to supply to US once Notion received approval/Cert. from US FDA.

Don't know true is it that my friend was telling us that IBs have been doing "Permitted Short Selling" or PSS which is allowed by Bursa bcos many of their warrants are expiring in last quarter of 2020. Therefore, these IBs are manipulating the glove counters like TopGlov & Supermax with high volatility every day.

@ yukieshiroe90 - One bitter lesson I had learned which is GREED is the evil in stock speculation. Never chase any counter after it had already spiked with news out to the retail players; Never play contra or use Margin A/C ......many people using Margin A/C for gloves counters are suffering now.

@ menort and @ KLLee are both of you still holding notion shares ? If yes, guess you should quickly sell off the shares instead of telling others to sell sell sell everyday. If both of you had already sell off all your notion shares, then those investors holding notion shares here are wondering what are your intentions or advice in your daily adverse comments on notion here.

The 4Qtr results ended on 31 August but if I am not wrong why should they be showing EPS (15.95 sen) and NTA (RM0.61) based on ex-Bonus which was on 3 September ?

Guess Notion Executive Chairman Mr Thoo should prove to these adverse commentators of Notion that they are wrong once and for all. I remember Mr thoo had reiterated that Notion is for the future and any one thinking of making fast money should not buy Notion. Hope Mr Thoo can prove to these short-term players and let them eat their own words !!!

@Menort - I don't think Notion is looking to sell their masks in Msian market . They are looking at N95 for US and European markets where their requirements for masks are more stringent.

Would like to hear from paktua73 on Notion since he said he would be coming back to notion. Have viewed Notion Executive Chairman, Mr Thoo video on their recent quarter results and Mr Thoo had claimed that Notion already had their orders from customers otherwise Notion would not want to invest into face masks for 3 ply and N95. Is it true that Notion has ready customer orders of their face masks ???? Mr Thoo also confirmed that once Notion has the FDA approval of their N95 masks, their order from US foundation is ON!!! If what he said is NOT TRUE, can our SC take action against him for mislead the public ?

Was listening to Mr Money live talk last night on "Notion Vec stock dropped more than 50%". Based on my perceptions. the commentators were insinuating to be careful of Notion Mgmt of their plan into face masks manufacturing.

Not surprise today may limit up and Notion may announce good news, i.e obtain its Halal Cert and can start exporting masks to their middle east customers
