This counter is related to Fintec group and its related companies in Bursa..... so advice for newbies be careful not to be trapped by these "hungry ghosts" ...... look at all those counters related to Fintec group and you can see the TRUTH.

Hightec could easily accumulated CASH of at least RM13M from sales of its treasury shares. Not surprise to see Tan Lye Huat selling bcos his shareholding was 53 44% b4 the shares split; and now after selling 2.3M shares, his shareholding is still 50.3%.

Retail investors are cautioned to avoid Fintec and its group of related companies in Bursa !!!

Hightec is better than Widetec in terms of EPS and NTA (even after adjustment for its subdivision); and Widetec is RM4.95 now .......... so your guess should be as good as mine on what will Hightec be very soon....

The Mgmt are totally useless and just "eating" their directors fees!!! This is purely the pump and dump counter with no strategy or growth planning by the Mgmt.

Don't understand how KPMG can be unfair to Serba when it is Serba who is unable to furnish or provide the auditors with the evidence and documents. Why Serba Mgmt cannot produce the evidence and documents; and then blame KPMG ? At least KPMG has the guts to discharge its responsibility and duties as "TRUE" auditors; and not like other auditing companies which "chicken out" and disengagement their relationship with lame excuses like "lack of human resources" The public and minority shareholders of Serba should give their "Thumb Up" and "Gratitude" to KPMG
