If it drops unreasonably below 1 while business environment is unchanged include crude oil maintain at around US60/barrel, l can only think of something bad might coming on the way but turn out it can be a good thing. 1.08 at PE of 9 will be reasonable base on current environment condition and compare with other small cap. With crude price still maintain around US 60/barrel, further drop below 1 could be trigger by hidden agenda. However it is just my guess only.

Lower input cost of iron ore & coking coal might help steel maker to increase their profitability. Average iron ore price this year may at least 20% lower than last year.
