winterwolf Total PP to issue is 296m, so far only 2 tranches were placed out, first 75m at 25 sens and second 60m@31.4 sen had just been listed, so be patient and wait....another 161m shares to go.

The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement.
We refer to the earlier announcements dated 28 July 2020, 12 August 2020, 13 August 2020, 18 August 2020, 20 October 2020, 28 October 2020, 30 October 2020, 12 November 2020, 23 November 2020, 24 November 2020, 21 January 2021, 4 February 2021, 5 February 2021, 9 February 2021, 11 February 2021, 15 February 2021 and 16 February 2021 in relation to the Private Placement.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board had on 12 March 2021 resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.7339 per Placement Share.
The issue price of RM0.7339 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 10% to the 5-day VWAP of DNeX Shares up to and including 11 March 2021, being the last traded day of DNeX Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.8154 per DNeX Shares.
